Katie founded Orion Project Services in 2025 with a simple vision: to improve compliance through meaningful collaboration, targeted education, and a clear, human approach.

Katie’s journey in the construction industry began in 2008, giving her nearly two decades of hands-on experience. Her background is supported by an impressive range of qualifications: a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, complemented by certifications in asbestos management, fire risk assessment, and a comprehensive suite of general and construction specific health and safety credentials.

With a career that has taken her across the UK, Katie brings a deep understanding of the construction landscape and its challenges. She has partnered with businesses large and small, contributing to the safety and success of projects on both local landmarks and national developments. Her extensive expertise makes her uniquely positioned to deliver tailored, practical solutions that truly resonate with clients, no matter where they’re based.
